Self Defense Training Series

In this Self Defense Training Series, students will gain self-confidence, learn practical ways to identify and avoid high-risk situations, and practice hands-on techniques to safely respond to aggressive situations should they occur. This practical series is suitable for everybody ages 16 and up, and is particularly beneficial to college-bound young adults. This is a 2-day series. Registration for 1-day participation is available.
